BBCI supports Childhope's Education on the Streets Program
Childhope Asia Philippines, a non-profit organization working for the cause of street children, recently benefitted from Batangas Bay Carriers' Learning Resource Project. BBCI, through Homer Foundation, donated various educational DVDs, VCDs, story books, board games, flash cards and other visual aids to Childhope's Education on the Streets Program.
"These items will surely be a great help to our street educators as they can now use teaching aids while conducting sessions on basic literacy and numeracy and values education in different areas of Metro Manila," says Bheng Flores, Childhope's Resource Mobilization Coordinator.
Receiving the donations from BBCI are Childhope's street educators led by their Resource Mobilization Coordinator Bheng Flores (2nd from left). Representing Magsaysay are Homer Resource Mobilization Officer Leah Lopez (1st from left), BBCI Chartering Officer Jeremy Go (3rd from left) and Chartering and Operations Manager Abel Cagara (4th from left).
