EDUCATIONEDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMHomer Foundation manages the Educational Assistance Program (EAP) started by Magsaysay. EAP provides regular tuition stipend and allowances to excelling children or siblings of seafarers who had worked at least 5 consecutive years with their principals.
