HOMER conducts Westfal-Masterbulk Recognition and Orientation for Scholars
HOMER Foundation Inc recently conducted an Orientation and Recognition Program for Westfal Larsen Masterbulk’s 5 New and 4 Old Educational Assistance Program scholars for School Year 2011-2012, with their respective parents, last July 6, 2011, at the 3rd Floor of the Westfal Larsen Masterbulk Briefing Room, Magsaysay T.M Kalaw Bldg., from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Mr. C.S Ramakrishnan, Senior Vice-President for Technical of Masterbulk Pt. Ltd, Mr. Marlon Rono, President of Magsaysay Maritime Corporation and Capt. Tomas Littaua, Owner’s Representative, Westfal-Larsen & Mastebulk, were on-hand to deliver inspirational messages to our scholars, before the new scholars were awarded.
Ms. Reyna Carillo also gave important insights on the EAP Scholarship Program and a wider perspective on the youth finding a niche in society. Meanwhile, Mr. Jong Pablo laid down the guidelines for the EAP Scholarship Program.
