Renewal Guidelines

 ​​​Renewing scholars must submit the following requirements (scanned): 
  1. ​Accomplished Scholarship Renewal Form
  2. Certified True Copy of Grade Report
  3. Certified Copy of Proof of Enrollment (registration form / enrollment assessment form or any proof that student is enrolled this semester)
  4. Official Receipts for books purchased in the current semester/term/school year
  5. Complete bank account details (scanned copy of passbook / should accept check issuance) and/or recent deposit slip (to ensure the account is still active) that was used during the previous renewals to avoid delays in processing the stipend.
